The Actor's Director Podcast

The Actor's Director Podcast has been with me for 2½ years — and it’s hard to put into words how much focused time and love I’ve put into this, and how much it’s already given back.

I knew nothing about podcasting when I started and learned every step along the way — and none of it would exist without @aalcheh, whose ideas, equipment and generosity kept it alive.

There’ve been moments I’ll never forget: getting a private tour of @catherinehardwicke’s Venice beach house, talking with @johnortiz718in his garage studio for hours and hours, and laughing with @thehikarism reflecting on her amazing journey and our friendship.

And just as meaningful were the conversations with some of my closest friends — @garrettmbrown8, @johnhindmanstudio, @julyeis, @mmmmichaelmohannnn, @parvey, @arisathan and Tamiko Washington — reminders that art is community.

My hope is that this project gives something back — a little encouragement, maybe a spark to keep going and a reminder that our human creative spirit is something to cherish and celebrate.
